The Exceptional Student
Education Department serves students who have met
eligibility criteria for the following programs:
Gifted, Learning Disabled, Emotionally,
Physically, or Mentally Handicapped, Deaf and Hard
of Hearing, and Autistic among others.
Course selections for ESE students are
determined by each student’s Individual
Education Plan (IEP) committee at annual/interim
reviews. Students and parents may refer to
documentation from those meetings for the most
appropriate placement.
