* Students must bring a pass signed and dated by one of their teachers, stating the purpose of the visit

to the media center the day before then the student’s name to be added to the early morning entry list.*

CHECKOUT PERIOD

Grade 6 -1 week

Grade 7 & 8 - 2 weeks

A student ID card is required to checkout a book.

ID cards may be replaced in the office for $5.00.

Students may have 5 books out in their name at one time, but not on the same topic.

Students may bring the book in to renew if more time is needed.

Students are responsible for returning books in the time allotted and in good condition.

Overdue notices will be delivered to the student’s second period teacher on a regular basis. It is the student’s responsibility to clear all notices they may receive.

Students must have a signed pass to be in the media center without their teacher.

Food, Drink, and Gum are not allowed in the media center.
