Mr. Forman's Classroom Rules:

* Students will listen to and follow all of Mr. Forman's instructions.
* Students will respect everything and everyone in the class.
* Students will not disrupt class.


Consequences:

Consequences are simply for individuals who make the choice to not follow the rules

*Verbal Correction form the teacher
*Parental Contact
*Removal From Class
*Administrative/Guidance Referral

Mr. Forman's Daily Procedures:

+ Quietly enter class.
+ Turn in any "Late" or "Make Up" work into the proper bins.
+ If you have been absent, check in the "Turned Back" work bin for your papers.
+ Check the board for today's lesson, and write down tonight's homework in your agenda.
+ Place any homework that is due on your desk.

Mr. Forman's Homework Policies:

*Students who have excused absences from class will have several days to make up any missed work.
*Unexcused LATE homework or classwork assignments will be accepted ONE day late for half credit.

How does Mr. Forman do his grades?

Geography:

40% Tests
60% Class Work/Homework

Language Arts:

35% Tests
35% Class work/Homework
30% Writing Assignments/Projects

All grades within the categories will have assigned point values. For example, in the Tests Category, a Unit Test may be worth 100 points, where a Chapter Test may be worth 50 points.
