Daily Procedure
The students will be expected to come in and follow the directions written on the board.

Rules – the students will be expected to follow the classroom rules:
• Raise your hand to speak or to get out of your seat.
• Leave gum, food, and drinks outside the classroom.
• Respect one another and one another’s belongings.
• Arrive on time prepared for class.
• Use your best manners to behave appropriately.

Consequences – if the rules are not obeyed, the following consequences will be enforced:
• Verbal warning.
• Writing assignment.
• Contact Parent/Guardian.
• Detention.
• Administrative referral.
**The student receives a clean slate every quarter.

-Late assignments will receive partial credit.

Folder or shared binder
Composition Notebook
Blue or black pens/pencils
Colored Pencils/Crayons
D.E.A.R book
Agenda


Reading Homework:
Students will read every night for 15-20 minutes. Students will record and reflect in their Reading Log (composition notebook). Parent signature to verify homework will be required every 10 nights.
