Welcome To Mrs. Tylek's 6th Grade World History and 7th Grade
Geography Classes.
In World History this year we will be studying cultures and history
around the world, then and now. We will be examining why people live
as they do, and how history has affected the present. We especially
look forward to sharing our community's diversity, and hope to have
an interesting and informative year!
In Geography, as seventh graders, we will be examining the world
around us and the physical and cultural elements that make up our
world. We will study how landforms, oceans, and other natural
aspects of the environment shape where, why, and how people live,
as we become more proficient at locating, describing, and
understanding the continents and countries of the world.
WORLD GEOGRAPHY Period 1,3,5 and 6
-Chapter 10 Test on Friday, 12/19/08. Students have study sheets and information that will be on the test.
